We currently ship orders to both Domestic (within India) and International Destinations.

  • Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

  • Orders placed before 10:00 IST will be processed on the following business day.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message containing tracking details.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (International Orders)

For international shipments:

  • All applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes will be borne by the customer.

  • HIMMALEH does not cover or reimburse these charges.

  • We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to placing an international order.

SHIPPING INFORMATION ACCURACY & DELIVERY ISSUES

Please ensure all shipping information is complete and accurate when placing your order. HIMMALEH is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses and phone numbers

  • Additional shipping costs may apply for reshipping orders returned as undeliverable

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or phone number, please contact us to arrange re-shipment on the provided email or phone number. Additional shipping charges may apply.
